The management were very attentive and prepared to do anything to enhance our stay. We did not trouble them although the room was a bit cool, partly due to a poor July.
It had character and good dining space. It was quiet and the staff very welcoming and easy to approach.
George was always so happy to help with any request or question. Breakfast was nice and prompt and served with a friendly smile!
Rooms could do with updating the decor but were perfectly comfy enough.
The sevice/meal are well worth the money I paid,i would defenatly stay again.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast better than average. Secure parking
Whole building very "tired" and in desperate need of a rebuild let alone a refurbish. While the toilet, washbasin and shower all worked the ancient pink suite with a white loo seat and some of the last guests hair in the bath didn't give a good impression. Compared with the hotel from the previous night at the same cost the Adriatic was just plain scruffy and tatty. We would not recommend unless you had a need to be in the area.
rooms smells like pig yard dirty carped very old furniture. We will never stay in that hotel .
Warm welcome, comfortable room and a hearty breakfast.
Could do with updating.
value for money close to where i wanted to be
The people in the hotel were so friendly! As soon as we arrived, a man came out to help us out of the bus and carry our bags. We were all given maps and tourists info. They happily booked us all a taxis into town. Breakfast was lovely! We all really enjoyed our stay!
Nothing - everything was brilliant! Very good vlue for money! Very friendly, helpful amosphere!
Nice accommodating people. This isn't a chain but family run, we had to leave before breakfast and they made us bacon sandwiches to go. Beer was perfect and as such unusual but the owner knows how to keep a cellar.Decor was tired but as a seasoned traveler I don't look at this when I am asleep! I felt that I had obtained value and would return. I have paid less at a major chain in the area and they shrugged their shoulders when I couldn't make breakfast at 8.15am ~Off the main road and not noisy with a secure carpark.
Staff friendly and helpful. Food good. Had great reunion with old fiends. Rounded off trip with visit to nearby ancient Kirkstall Abbey. Could just have easily visited nearby international Headingley Test Cricket Ground 2 miles away.
food was good and it was easy to comute to St James hospital.
The room was unclean. There were crumbs on the bedcover and the desk area. The bathrom was not clean with hairs around the taps in the sink. The bed had blankets and no duvet and the mattress had a big 'dip' in the centre so you rolled in the middle of the bed.
Breakfast was very good.
Room was a little old fashion, but clean and comfortable.
the beds seem to have been there a while,so a few new beds
The room was very spacious for the two of us to get ready, for our night out.
The interior wasn't very modern, the bedding and the curtains were flowery like an old lady's house.
